I am an extremely driven social entrepreneur and experienced charity CEO having founded an award winning charity which I ran for 18 years. I have a strong social conscience, natural empathy with people and a desire to help, nurture and support others.
In addition to working with the Beat Project team I am currently the founder and Director of World Films and Music, Director of Steve Carley Social Entrepreneur, filmmaker, musician and founder and drummer in The Scorchers Rocksteady band.

Andy

Team member and musician

Hailing from Milan but born and raised in the Maidstone area, I have been interested in electronic music for 35 years, programming and playing synthesizers, starting up in a humble bedroom studio back in 1983.

Whilst in Milan, I acquired  numerous vintage synthesizers and associated equipment, building up a sizeable studio, much to the annoyance of my ex-wife.

I continue to take a keen interest in music, studio engineering, music production and currently learning

to play the bass guitar.

Simon

I  an online radio show 5 times a week and enjoy working with people on a daily basis.

I have a 24 year career in learning disabilities regards nursing and management. I enjoy being around people and making differences to peoples lives.
